Mr. Vivek FCA DISA (ICAI) – India Tax Specialist

Vivek is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been associated with the HCO & Co. Chartered Accountants since 2004 as a partner.
He has helped various foreign companies and expats with their tax issues related to India and has guided foreign companies to set up business in India.

He joined the firm in 2004 as a partner and looked after the Business Consulting and International Tax department of the firm. He is also a qualified information system auditor, responsible for the firm’s international relations and alliances, and heads the firm’s global mobility division.

Vivek also did a certificate course in Concurrent Audit of Banks by ICAI.
He is also an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and has taken a certificate course in forensic audit and fraud prevention by ICAI.
He was Chairman of the Branch of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2013; and was also nominated to the research committee of the Central India Regional Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Vivek became Managing Partner of the firm in 2019 and has since led the firm and helped in the growth of new business areas.

Global Presence Our international associations include membership of the Antea-Alliance of Independent Firms for audit and assurance business, United Tax Network for Global Mobility and various other informal alliances with accounting and global Mobility Firms.

His team has continuously guided and consulted foreign companies and expats working in India on their tax-related issues. Our core expertise in business setups across India has helped many foreign companies set up offices in India.
